Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, in accordance with your statutory rights. This policy will be automatically negated, and sales will be final for any item held by the buyer (“you”) for over 14 days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The buyer (“you”), on receipt of the goods, is responsible for checking and examining the goods. Should there be a reason that can be substantiated to request a return of the goods or part of the goods, then this request must be made known to the company within 48 hours of receipt of the goods, and the buyer should endeavour, after agreement is reached, to return the item/s to the company for a full or partial refund in accordance with the companies requirements.

The shipping of the returns will be at the cost of the buyer (“you”) and should be carried out in similar fashion to the method employed by the company to ensure safe return to Rumnicoin (“us”).

On the receipt of the returned goods, “we” will examine the goods and once deemed in order, we will initiate a refund for the invoiced amount applicable to the goods received. We may reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods if this has been caused by you, including your handling them in a way which would not be permitted in our profession. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  1. Some items purchased such as multiple coin lots may not be returned, and those items will be marked accordingly within the item’s description. This is final.
  2. Items that are sold as raw coins (not graded by a third-party grading company e.g., NGC or PCGS) may not be returned should the items not be to the grade expected by the buyer, grading is subjective, and we endeavour to be conservative when applying grades to raw coins, however, should a coin be deemed to be counterfeit then a refund will be made. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges, only refunds where applicable.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
